摘要
应用光电直读光谱法对CD4MCu不锈钢中碳、镍、铬、铜、钼进行测定。对样品的激发部位进行了探讨。通过共存元素的干扰校正、增加标样的数量,改善了工作曲线拟合线性关系和试样点的离散度。结果表明:该分析方法精密度高、准确性好、快速方便。测定CD4MCu不锈钢中碳、镍、铬、铜、钼含量时,元素的RSD为0.40~4.80%,碳测定范围为0.02-0.35%,镍的测定范围为3.50—28%,铬的测定范围为6.50~32%,铜的测定范围为0.05~5.00%,钼的测定范围为0.05~4.00%。
Determination of carbon, nickel, chromium, copper, molybdenum in stainless steel CD4MCu by means of direct-view spectrometry was observed. The excitation site of sample was also discussed. The linear relation of work curve and dispersion of sample point were improved by the interference correction of coexistence elements , the increasing amount of standard sample . The experimental results was accurate, rapid and reliable with RSD of 0.40 - 4.80 %. The experimental results showed that the measuring range of carbon, nickel, chromium, copper, molybdenum was as follows 0.02 %- 0.35 %,3.50 %- 28%,6.50 %- 32%,0.05% - 5.00%,0.05%- 4.00%,separately.
