摘要
采用气相色谱法,对残留在农产品中常用的13种有机磷农药在DB—1毛细管柱上的分离情况进行了研究。特别对较难分离的4种农药的保留行为进行了较为详细的讨论,使最难分离的一组组分的分离度达到了0.862,完全可以满足色谱分离的要求。并得到了13种有机磷农药分离的最佳色谱条件,各种农药的最小检出浓度以及农药浓度与色谱峰面积的线性关系。
The analysis of thirteen common organophosphorus pesticides in the farm produce was performed by capillary gas chromatography. Especially, we researched the act of reserving of four difficult seperated groups in the DB-1 capillary column, and obtained resolution is 0.862 of the most difficult group. The research result fulfilled requirement of chromatogram seperation. The optimum GC conditions of 13 organophoshphorus pesticides,the mininal detectable concentration,and linearity of concentration and pead area are achieved by experiments.
