摘要
对半封闭螺杆制冷压缩机组进行噪声频谱测量,采取提高转子加工精度和改进排气管结构两项降噪措施。对单独采用一种方法和二者联合使用的情况分别进行1/3倍频程频谱测试,并将各自结果与原来结构对比,作出主要测点噪声谱值图。通过图例说明单一方法和两种降噪方法综合应用的降噪效果。
Noise of a semihermetic screw refrigeration compressor is tested first.Two kinds of noise reduction methods increasing rotor processing accuracy and improving exhaust pipe structure,are introduced.The effect applied one Rind of method and two are tested respectively and the corresponding 1/3 octonal frequency spectrum are plotted.Throuhg the illustration,nose reduction effect of single method and combined methods is obtained.
