摘要 介绍了M-Cycle的工作原理,比较了近几年国内外出现的几种露点间接蒸发器的结构,包括叉流式、逆流式、以及间接-直接两级蒸发冷却器,分析了这几种结构的优点与不足。参考大量国内外文献,总结露点间接蒸发冷却器在设计时考虑的因素,例如冷却器进口的气象参数、风量、工作/产出空气的比例、通道长度或高度、芯体的材质等,希望对今后设计人员有所帮助。 The principle of M - Cycle was introduced,it was analyzed several kinds of dew point evaporative cooler presented at home and abroad in the structure of the indirect evaporator in recent years, including cross flow, counter flow, and indirect - direct evaporative cooler, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several structure. Reference plenty of domestic and foreign literature,is was summarized considered factors when design the dew point evaporative cooler , such as inlet conditions of cooler, air volume, working/product air rate and channel length or height, material of core and so on, may be designer can draw lessons from it in future.
