摘要
用大功率脉冲激光器进行精细焊接和切割等应用日趋增多 ,它对于大功率激光器的供电电源的性能要求相当高。为适应这种要求 ,本文阐述了一种高性能脉冲激光电源 ,它由现代电力电子电路、微电子电路和单片微机等组成 ,最大脉冲输出功率可达 15 0kVA ,而且用户可用数字键设定脉冲电源的工作频率、脉冲宽度和电压幅值等参数 ,它使用方便 ,适用范围广 。
With the increasing application of high power pulse laser in precision jointing and cutting, betterperformance of power supply is required. In this paper, to meet the requirement, we expatiate a high capability pulse laser supply, which incorporates modern power electronics, microelectronics and microcontroller. Its maximum output power can reach 150kVA. The frequency, pulse width and max voltage can be given by customer though digital keyboard. Since it is very convenient and widely used, it can supply references to readers.
