摘要
提出了开关型激光电源的一般等效原则,建立了一套可用于电路计算和分析的等效电路,并通过计算机的数值分析,研究了该电路的工作过程及电路各参数的变化对电路性能的影响,得出了许多全新的结论,并在此基础上归纳出了该类型固体脉冲激光电源的一般设计方法。实验上完成了一台双路2×15kW的脉冲激光电源,并获得了528W的激光输出。
Some general equal effects principles of the switching laser power supply were presented. Based on these, a set of substitutional connections for the circuit computing and analyzing was established. By studying the results of numerical calculation to these equivalent circuits, the working course was realized and the influence of the paraments variation on the characteristics of this power supply was carefully discussed. Through this discussion, a lot of useful conclusion has been drawn. And a general design method for this kind of pulsed laser power supply was given. Experimentally, a duplex operation, 2x15 kW output switching laser power supply has been finished, and got a laser output up to 528 watts.
