摘要
在论述高速公路建设项目后评价的概念及其意义的基础上 ,对高速公路建设项目后评价的主要内容进行研究探讨 ,并结合现有评价方法提出一些新的思路。同时对改进和完善高速公路建设项目后评价工作提出建议。
Based on the conception of highway construct project post evaluation and its significance,the main contents of highway construct project post evaluation including objective evaluation,processes evaluation,benefit evaluation,impact evaluation and objectives sustainable development evaluation are studied. Some new ideas about existing evaluation methods are proposed and some corresponding proposals are given as well.
