摘要
选用不同的培养基,以幼嫩茎尖或休眠枝条茎段为外植体,对大果沙棘组织培养技术进行了研究.结果表明:基本培养基以1/2MS较好,继代培养基以1/3MS为佳,最佳接种时间为3月初至4月上旬.
By taking its sterile plants and stems of germinated dormancy buds as explants cultivated in different culture media, the tissue culture techniques of Hippopae rhamnoides L. were studied. The results show that the basic culture medium is that of 1/2 MS, the second culture medium is that of 1/3 MS and the fitting inoculation time is March and April.
