摘要
为提高对EB病毒感染及其相关疾病的认识 ,回顾性分析了87例EB病毒感染患儿的临床特点 ,尤其是除传染性单核细胞增多症 (传单)以外的各系统疾病情况。结果发现传单58例 ,病毒性心肌炎3例 ,肾小球肾炎4例 ,呼吸道感染9例 ,慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜4例 ,淋巴瘤3例 ,婴儿肝炎2例 ,EB病毒相关性噬红细胞增多症、急性原发性血小板减少性紫癜、肾病综合征、过敏性紫癜各1例。提示传单发病年龄以幼儿期和学龄前期小儿为主 ,而且多有典型临床症状 ,眼睑浮肿和鼻塞可作为传单一个重要的临床特点 ;EB病毒感染与许多疾病关系密切 。
To enhance the knowledge about Epstein_Barr virus(EBV)infection and its associated disˉeases,the clinical features of87patients with the diagnosis of EBV infection were retrospectively analyzed. Although EBV infection occures over the year,there was a high peak from July to October in this reˉgion.Among these87cases,58were diagnosed infectious mononucleosis syndrome.Other EBV related disˉeases included respiratory tract infection(9),chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenia(4),glomerulonephritis(4),myocarditis(3),lymphoma(3),hepatitis(2),acute idiopathic thrombocytopenia(1),hemophagocytic synˉdrome(1),nephrotic syndrome(1),and anaphylactoid purpura(1)respectively,indicating that most of the paˉtients have typical clinical features of infectious mononucleosis syndrone,and eyelid swollen and the nasal obstruction might be an important element of them.Since EBV is a common recurrent virus distributed worldwide and has close relationship with many disorders,great vigilance should be raised and active preˉvention and treatment measures should be given.
