摘要
目的:探讨EB 病毒感染与银屑病的关系。方法:采用酶免疫法检测血清抗 EB病毒IgG、IgM/VCA,IgG/EA-D、IgG/EBNA-1 抗体。结果:银屑病患者血清抗EB病毒IgG/EA-D 抗体阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.005)。结论:银屑病患者体内EB病毒可能处于激活状态。
Objective: Study on the relationship between the infection of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)and psoriasis. Methods: Serum IgG、IgM/VCA. IgG/EA-D、IgG/EBNA-1 antibodies to EBV were detect-ed by enzyme-immunoassay. Results: The positive rate of IgG/EA-D antibody in the serum of psoriasispatientsis which was significantly higher than that in the normal subjects (P<0.005). Conclusion: Theresults suggested that EB virus in psoriasis may be activated.
