内源生长物质在马铃薯试管块茎形成中的作用 被引量:13

The Functions of Endogenous Growth Regulators on Tuberization of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) in vitro

摘要 对鄂马铃薯 1号 (E1)及南中 5 5 2 (N5 5 2 )在不同光照处理下试管苗的结薯情况及内源生长物质的变化进行了研究。结果显示 ,各诱导物质在整个培养期间变化较大 ,其中以块茎大量形成期增加最为明显。试验发现 ,内源GA3 水平负相关于单株结薯数 ,但为匍匐茎伸长所必需 ,JA含量则与块茎形成呈正相关。而GA3 与ABA及JA的比值皆显著负相关于单株结薯数。说明各生长物质为试管苗正常生长发育的基础 ,而它们之间的平衡水平则可能调控着块茎的形成。 The effect of different inducing conditions on tuberization and changes of endogenous growth regulators of plantlets of potato cultivar E-potato-1 and N552 in vitro were investigated.The results showed that levels of endogenous growth regulators fluctuated during tuber development, especially in the tuber bulking phase. Our experiment indicated that the content of endogenous gibberellic acid (GA 3) was negatively correlated with the number of tubers formed per plantlet, but GA 3 was necessary for the elongation of stolons. The number of tubers initiated was positively correlated with the contents of endogenous jasmonic acid (JA). Furthermore, the ratios of endogenous GA 3 to abscisic acid (ABA) or JA were negatively correlated with the tuber formation.The results revealed that the growth regulators investigated played roles in different growth phages of potato plantlets. But the balance among the growth regulators may regulate the tuberization.
