摘要
通过对直接蒸发式空气冷却器的实验研究,分析了不同管组连接方式对直接蒸发式换热器的影响,结果表明通路数是产生影响较大的因素。根据管内制冷剂沸腾换热特征提出一种较好的管组连接方式。
Through the test of air cooler with direct evaporation, the influence of different tube set connections on the heat exchanger with evaporation is analyzed in this paper. The test results show that the number of ways are the main factor. According to the boiling heat exchange charactor of refrigerant in tube, a good tube set connection is provide. At the same test connection the heat transfer coefficients of this one is 8% higher than others and the pressure drop of refrigrant is equal nearly.
