摘要
传统的由热交换系数和接触系数确定表面式空气冷却器的外表面平均温度的方法,由于将饱和曲线(h-d图)假定为直线而带有不精确性.由此提出了由直接蒸发式空气冷却器内外热阻间的关系确定其外表面温度的方法,以及利用温度比、接触系数确定空冷器外表面整体平均温度的方法.该方法从理论分析上更合理,且实例计算结果显示其较传统的方法具有更大的精确度.
The traditional way of determining the mean temperature over the outer surface of a direct evaporator by heatexchange coefficient and contact coefficient is inaccurate, because the saturation curve (hd diagram) is not a beeline. It is therefore proposed to use the relation between thermal resistances inside and outside the cooler to determine the temperature over the outside surface of the direct evaporator and determine the overall mean temperature over the outer surface of the air cooler by temperature ratio and contact factor . This method is theoretically more rationale. The result of an example indicates that the new method is more accurate.
