摘要
证实柠檬酸分子以环酐机理可连续酯化两个棉纤维素大分子链的羧基,从而在棉纤维素织物上形成网状交联结构,由此,可提高棉织物的抗折皱性,并探讨柠檬酸浓度和焙烘温度对酯化反应的影响。对整理后棉织物理性能进行测试,结果表明,整理后的棉织物折皱恢复角提高。
It proves that citric acid can esterify two cotton cellulose hydrosyls consecutively by the cyclic anhydride mechanism thus forming crosslink between cotton cellulose chains. The effect of citric acid concentration and cure temperature on ester reaction is also investigated . The test result for physical performance of finished cotton shows that the crease resistant of cotton fabric has been improved .
