摘要
对雨露亚麻织物进行了BTCA免烫整理.通过正交试验确定了SHP用量60 g/L、预烘温度80℃、焙烘温度150℃、焙烘时间3 min的最佳工艺条件.将CA与PMA复配、BTCA与PMA复配进行免烫整理,试验结果表明,当n(MPA)∶n(CA)=2∶1时整理效果最好,织物的折皱回复角提高了48%.在BTCA整理体系中加入PMA对整理效果的影响不显著,既保证整理效果又降低成本的合适比例为n(BTCA)∶n(PMA)=1∶1.
The dew retting linen was finished by BTCA. The optimum treating conditions were SHP 60 g/L, pre-drying temperature 80 ℃, baking temperature 150 ℃, and baking time 3 min. The best finishing result was obtained when n（MPA） ： n（CA） is 2 ：1, in which the wrinkle recovery angle was increased by 48%. The addition of PMA into BTCA finishing system did not affect the finishing. n（BTCA） ：n（PMA）=1 ： 1 was the better for finishing effect and cost.
