含20％游离SO_3的发烟硫酸通过加热蒸发,产生SO_3气体和含15％游离SO_3的发烟硫酸。SO_3气体送去精馏、冷凝,制得纯净的液体SO_3;含15％游离SO_3的发烟硫酸返回制酸系统。为了改善液体SO_3的稳定性,在产品中加入了特制的稳定药剂。设计了专门的加药装置和取样装置,以确保系统的密闭、安全。整个系统都设有伴热或保温。
The oleum containing 20% free SO3 is heated to generate SO3 gas, which is purified by distillation and condensation to obtain pure liquid SOs product. The remaining oleum -with 15% free SO3 concentration is recycle to the H2SO4 system. A special stabilizer is added into the liquid SO3 to improve its stability. For the sealing and safety of the plant, a special stabilizer-filler and a sampling means are designed. The whole plant is installed with supplementary heating or thermal insulation,
