阐述了液体三氧化硫的物化性质、生产工艺、产品质量标准、工艺参数控制及操作要求等,并对液体三氧化硫装置的技术决策进行了探讨。指出液体三氧化硫是比普通发烟硫酸更为有效的磺化剂,是制取高浓度发烟硫酸和氯磺酸的中间产品,具有广阔的市场前景。
This article outlines the physical and chemical property,production process,product quality standard,process parameter control and operational requirements,etc.,for liquid sulfur trioxide,and discusses the technical decisions for the liquid sulfur trioxide plant.It is considered that liquid sulfur trioxide is a more effective sulfonating agent than normal oleum.It is an intermediate product for making high concentration oleum and chlorosulfonic acid,and offers remarkable market prospect.
