摘要
目的 研究创伤弧菌的致病性和抗菌药物的治疗作用。方法 创伤弧菌腹腔注射感染小鼠后0 5h ,分别腹腔注射奈替米星等 7种抗菌药物进行治疗。观察不同菌量下小鼠的存活率及死亡小鼠脏器超微结构变化。结果 创伤弧菌菌量 1 5× 10 8cfu/ml (0 1ml/ 10g)、 2倍、 4倍感染小鼠存活率分别为 80 %、30 %、 0。小鼠的多脏器的超微结构发生明显改变 ,7种抗菌药物早期均有显著疗效 ,以哌拉西林、头孢哌酮、奈替米星疗效最好。结论 小鼠感染创伤弧菌菌量越大 ,致病性越强 。
Objective To investigate the pathogenicity of Vibrio vulnificus and efficts of antimicrobial agents.Methods The survival rate of mice and ultrastructural change of major organs were observed.Seven antimicrobial agents were given intraperitoneally.Result The survival rate of mice infected with vibrio vulnificus dosage of 1.5×10 8cfu/ml(0.1ml/10g),twice,and four times were 80%,30%,and 0,respectively.There were obvious abnormal changes in major organs in that died.The efficacies of Netilmicin,Cefoperazone,Piperacillin were higher than others.Conclusions The survival rate of mice decreases with increasing dosage.The earlier use of antimicrobial is more effacacious.
