摘要
目的 建立简便、灵敏的双试剂自动化分析法测定血清锌。方法 在表面活性剂存在下 ,用 2 (5 溴 2 吡啶偶氮 ) 5 [(N ,N 二羧基甲基 )氨基 ]苯酚 (5 Br PADCAP)为显色剂测定血清锌。结果 该法线性范围 0~ 80 μmol/L ,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 % ,批内变异系数 (CV)和批间变异系数分别为 0 .0 2 0、0 .0 2 6 ,与原子吸收分光光度法比较具有良好的相关性 ,线性回归方程和相关系数分别为Y =1.0 0 87X - 0 .194 4 ,r=0 .9917。 75例健康人血清锌含量为 8.6 3~2 2 .0 7μmol/L( x± 2s)。结论 用 5 Br PADCAP双试剂自动化分析法测定血清锌方法简便、灵敏可靠 ,适合临床应用。
Objective To establish a simple, sensitive automatic method of determination of zinc in serum with two reagents. Methods For determination of serum zinc with 5-Br-PAPCAP in the presence of surfactant.Results The method was liner in the range of 0-80μmol/L, the average rate of recovery was 100.0%,the withinrun and between run CV was 0.020 and 0.026,respectively. Comparing this method (Y) with AAS (X), we obtained the regression equation Y =1.008 7X-0.194 4, r =0.991 7. The reference interval ( ±2s ) was 8.63~22.07 μmol/L ( n =75).Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and suitable for clinical application.
