摘要
目的 研究严重烧伤后血清IL 18水平的变化规律及其与感染的关系 ,并探讨其意义。方法 采用ELISA法动态检测烧伤患者血中IL 18的水平。结果 烧伤后患者血清IL 18水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 ) ;感染组患者IL 18水平显著高于非感染组患者 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 ) ;伤后第 1天患者血清IL 18水平与烧伤总面积 (TB SA)呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 烧伤能增强机体表达IL 18,并与病情严重程度、感染及预后有密切的关系。
Objective To study the change of IL-18 level and its relationship with infection in severe burned patients.Methods ELISA method was used to determine the IL-18 levels in burned patients.Results The level of IL-18 in patients was significantly higher than normal control group after burn ( P <0.01~0.05) . The IL-18 level of infection group was significantly higher than non-infection group ( P <0.001~0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation among IL-18 and total burn surface area (TBSA)( P <0.05)at the first day.Conclusion Burn can increase expression of IL-18 in body, and closely correlate to the severity and the infection of burn.
