摘要
师范教育的培养目标应该是“人师” ,应该重视师范生职业情意的养成教育。养成的关键是师范生对教师角色的认同感 ,认同—般要经历职业定向、角色假想、角色观摩和角色转换四个阶段 ,师范教育理应对此作出相关应对。
How to be a mo del teacher is considered as the fostering target of the current normal educatio n, so much more attention should be paid to normal students' professional ch aracters. As the process of forming professional characters is a long-term cours e with permeation and experience, it is essential to develop the recognition tow ards the role of being a teacher. Generally speaking, the recognition includes f our stages: vocational orientation, role hypothesis, role imitation and role tra nsition, so normal education should be dealing with the relevant problems.
