摘要
目的了解当前师范大学生对教师职业的态度.方法利用自编的"师范大学生教师职业态度问卷"对742名师范大学生进行调查.结果(1)教师职业态度包括职业认知、职业情感、职业行为、职业效能四个维度.(2)男女大学生在四维度上差异均显著,女大学生高于男大学生;来自农村与县城、城市的大学生差异显著,农村大学生高于县城、城市大学生;年级差异不显著.结论师范大学生对教师职业持积极肯定态度.
Objective To explore students' attitudes towards the teaching career in normal universities.Methods The survey was conducted among 742 students with a self-designed questionnaire.Results (1)The questionnaire includes questions in four dimensions,namely the career self-efficacy,career cognition,career feeling and career behavior.(2) There exists a rather striking gender difference among the college students,girl students differ even more drastically than boy peers;rural students are distinctively different from urban students in their attitudes towards career;when students are compared across grades,not much difference is detected in their attitudes towards the teaching career.Conclusion on the whole,normal university students hold a positive attitude towards the career of teaching.
