摘要
随着知识经济的到来 ,企业的经营方式正在发生根本性的转变。信息技术的发展对大规模生产方式产生了巨大的冲击 ,改变了一对多的关系和生产者的统治地位 ,产生了大规模定制生产方式。从大规模生产到大规模定制 ,人力资源管理的基点发生了变化 ,必须进行树立知识管理思想、建立学习型组织、实施个性化管理。
With the coming of knowledge economy,enterprise management form is having fundamental change.The development of information technology brings great shake to the mode of mass production changes manufacturer's dominant position,brings about a new production form-mass customization.From mass production to mass customization,the basic point of human resource management has changed.Thus it is necesˉsary to bring forth new ideas in human resource management such as knowledge management,interconnected organization.Individualization manˉagement and contract employment.
