摘要
研究了营养液中不同浓度Na2 SO4 和NaHCO3处理对生菜生长的影响。结果表明 ,随着两种盐浓度增加 ,生菜叶面积和地上部干重逐渐减小 ;NaHCO3处理对地上部生长的抑制更显著。Na2 SO4 处理植株吸水量降低 ,表明存在渗透逆境 ;NaHCO3处理植株吸水量不受影响 ,但营养液pH值增加迅速。生菜品种L 2比P对盐胁处理更敏感。
The growth of two butter head lettuce cultivars ‘P' and ‘L 2' were investigated under Na 2SO 4 and NaHCO 3 salinity stress. The salinity treatments were applied through a nutrient solution containing 0, 20, 40 and 60 mM Na 2SO 4 or 0, 2 5, 5 and 7 5 mM NaHCO 3. Leaf area and shoot dry weight decreased with increasing Na 2SO 4 or NaHCO 3 concentration. The more severe depression of NaHCO 3 treatments on shoot dry weight than Na 2SO 4 was observed. The decrease in water uptake per plant indicated osmotic stress existed under Na 2SO 4 salinity, while in NaHCO 3 experiment, water uptake was not affected but pH of nutrient solution increased markedly as plants exposed to NaHCO 3 treatments. ‘L 2' was more sensitive to Na 2SO 4 and NaHCO 3 salinity than ‘P'.
