摘要
本文通过对可持续发展理论的介绍 ,强调高校图书馆实行可持续发展的重要性。图书馆必须在人力资源管理方面、图书馆的信息资源建设方面以及图书馆的服务方面加强建设 。
Through introducing sustainable development theory,the paper emphasizes the importance for academic library to implement sustainable development.Library must strengthen construction of human resource management,library's information resource construction and library's service to realize library's sustainable development.
