This paper was designed to study the distribution of allele genes and genotypes of microsatellite loci D16S539、D13S317、D7S820 in Xinjiang Uygur and Kazak populations with genescan technique.The genetic data were obtained. The results show that the genetic polymorphism of the 3 microsatellite loci observed in Xinjiang Uygur and Kazak populations is similar.
