前庭神经核内谷氨酸受体在帕金森病的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨前庭神经核内离子型谷氨酸受体在帕金森病时的变化。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色技术检测小鼠前庭神经核内谷氨酸受体的表达。结果 在帕金森病时,前庭神经核内N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(NMDA)受体增加,非NMDA受体减少。结论 非NMDA受体在帕金森病中起神经毒性作用,引起相应病理改变,推测其变化与临床运动障碍、平衡失调有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the changes of glutamate receptors in vestibular nuclei on Parkinson's disease. Mefll-ods Immunohistoehemical staining method was used in the present studv to detected glutamate receptors expression in vestibular nuclei. Results NMDA receptor expression Ievel was higher in vestibular nuclei, but non-NMDA receptor was lawer in vestibular nuclei of Parkinson's disease. Conclusions The results sugges that the non-NMDA receptor might be injure caused vestibular neu-rons of Parkinson's disease by excitoxicity and dyskinetic, dysequilibrium and relatetion the changes of pathology.
