犬单侧膈神经离断后对通气功能及呼吸肌蛋白质、腺嘌呤核苷酸含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨实验犬单侧膈神经离断后通气功能与呼吸肌蛋白质、腺嘌吟核苷酸含量变化之间的关系。方法 :建立离断单侧膈神经的实验犬模型 ,测量膈神经离断前、后及离断后 1,2个月犬的通气功能及呼吸肌中蛋白质及腺嘌呤核苷酸含量。结果 :通气功能在离断后有明显下降 ,于 1个月后基本恢复 ;犬的膈肌蛋白质、总腺苷酸含量在神经离断后下降 ,肋间肌蛋白质含量呈上升。结论 :犬单侧膈神经离断后通气功能的代偿与呼吸肌中蛋白质、腺苷酸含量变化一致。 Objective:To determine the changes of ventilation function, adenine nucleotide and protein in respiratory muscle in canines with unilateral phrenicotomy. Methods:The phrenic nerves of 8 canines were exposed and cut off,and the ventilation functions were measured by pulmonary function monitoring equipment before and after that at 1 and 2 months; the contents of adenine nucleotide and protein in respiratory muscle were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography and Lowry method respectively.Results:The tidal volumes were decreased after phrenicotomy and increased one month later; the contents of protein in the diaphragm were declined but those in the intercostal muscles raised. The total adenine nucleotides in the diaphragm were declined too.Conclusions:After unilateral phrenicotomy in canines, the changes of ventilation function are coincident with those of the adenine nucleotide and proteinin respiratory muscle.
