摘要
在管理学领域中,常用的成熟度模型包括软件过程能力成熟度模型(CMM)与项目管理成熟度模型(PMMM)等基本模型。一般的科研项目具有项目的典型特点,又与软件开发的过程非常相似。现在迫切需要解决的一个问题是,需要采用某种成熟度模型对科研单位的项目管理成熟度进行评价,这种模型将结合我国的国情,建立在现有的模型基础上。
CMM and PMMM, the two Maturity Models, are often used in the management research. R&D projects have representative features of normal projects, and the processes of R&D projects are similar to software engineering projects. It's a serious problem to use a maturity model to estimate the management capacity of an R&D organization. This model should be a new one which is based on the civil environment and the existing models. The article gives a report about this question.
