摘要
综合评价法是对能够反映投标人实力的多种因素进行综合评价从而确定中标人的评标方法。笔者在曲阜师范大学基建工程施工招标评标实践中,设置了新的综合评价因素指标,建立了一个指标系统,并借助模糊数学方法构建了评标的数学模型。
Comprehensive evaluation is a method of affirming the bidding winner after evaluating various factors concerning the strength of bidding unit. In 2003 the author made certain adjustment of traditional evaluation factor criteria in the construction bidding and evaluation of Qufu Normal University. Moreover, the author has established new criteria of comprehensive evaluation factor. Meanwhile the author has formed a criteria system and constructed evaluation mathematic model with the aid of fuzzy mathematics.
