摘要
目的 了解国产乙肝基因重组疫苗 2 0～ 40岁年龄段人群中免疫及反应效果。 方法 采用ELISA、RIA等法检测接种对象血清中乙肝病毒抗原、抗体。对乙肝病毒感染阴性者 ,按 0、1、6月 3针方案 ,每次接种国产乙肝基因重组疫苗 10 μg/ml。 结果 全程免疫后 ,抗体阳转率达 90 88% ( 2 79/3 0 7)。女性明显高于男性。 结论 国产酵母重组 10 μg乙肝疫苗全程免疫阳转率可达 90 88% ,而且抗 -HBs滴度在接种后 9个月 (T9)时显示随接种的次数。
Objective To evaluate the immune effect of homemade recombinant hepatitis B vaccine in adolescents aged 20 to 40 years Methods Detection of Hepatitis B virus antigen and antibody was performed using ELISA and RIA methods in 307 HBV test negative medical school students According to 0,1and 6-month immunization program,each subject was injected with 5μg/0 5ml of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine produced in China each time Results After complete immunization,the protective efficacy was 90 88%(279/307) Among those who had higher anti-HBs titre,females were significantly more than males (P<0 05) Conclusions The protective efficacy of yeast -derived recombinant hepatitis B vaccine produced in China reaches 90 88% and the titer of anti -HBs at the ninth month are enhanced with the frequency and time of vaccination
