摘要
乙型肝炎已成为世界性的公共卫生问题,乙肝疫苗是预防乙型肝炎的主要手段。本文就乙肝疫苗母婴阻断、儿童免疫、成人免疫、无或低应答者的处理等方面的应用作一综述。
Hepatitis B has been become a cosmopolitan public healthy problem. Hepatitis B vaccine was the leading measure for prevention of hepatitis B. The application of hepatitis B vaccine on preventing mother-infant transmission, child and adult immune, administration of non-and low-responder of hepatitis B vaccine were surveied. Future strategy of hepatitis B vaccine was also discussed.
