摘要
目的:对CA-1500型全自动血凝仪中的Von Clauss法和PT-der法定量测定纤维蛋白原Fib进行实际评价。方法:低、中、高值质控血浆的批内精密度实验,对临床样本测定的统计学分析。结果:CA1500全自动血凝仪中的VonClauss法和PT-der法测定Fib只有Fib含量低于5g/L时,测定结果才无统计学差异,在Fib>5g/L时,后者测定的Fib 结果偏高。结论:建议在临床应用全自动凝血仪时,当PT-der法衍算出来的Fib较高时改用Von Clauss法进行测定。
Objective: A preliminary study was made to evaluate two fibrinogen determination methods: Von clauss method and Prothrombin time derived method. Methods: Three level of control plasma were determined repeatly to evaluate the precision of two methods. The result that obtained by two methods from daily work sample were statistically evaluated. Results: There hadn't statistically significant difference by t - test(P < 0.05) only when the concentration of fibrinogen is in the normal range or lower ( < 5 g/L) .For plasma with higher fibrinogen concentration( > 5 g/ L) , the values had statistically significant difference. The FT - derived method tend to overestimate the fibrinogen results compared to the Von clauss method. Conclusion: In daily work , when the result is more higher (>5g/L) in FT- der method, it is necessary that we should be replaced by the Von clauss method in the fibrinogen assay .
