摘要
目的 评价纤维喉镜下声带息肉、声带小结摘除术疗效。方法 对 1 4 6例纤维喉镜下手术的声带息肉 (89例 )和声带小结 (5 7例 )患者临床资料进行分析总结 ,随访期 6个月以上。结果 纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉、声带小结 ,治愈率 88 36 % ,总有效率 98 6 3%。结论 纤维喉镜下治疗声带息肉、声带小结方法确切 ,具有反应轻 ,痛苦小 。
Objective to evaluate the operation efficacy of resection vocal fold polyp and nodule by fibrolaryngoscope. Methods The data of 146 cases of vocal fold polyp (98 cases) and nodule (57 cases) were analyzed with fibrolaryngoscop operation. The follow-up was taken over 6 months. Results The curative rate was 88.36% and the total effective rate was 98.63%. Conclusion The method of resection vocal fold polyp and nodule by fibrolaryngoscope might be appropriate.
