摘要
目的：总结纤维喉镜下声带囊肿摘除的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析２５２例局麻下经纤维喉镜摘除声带囊肿的安全性及有效性。结果：纤维喉镜下摘除声带囊肿的总有效率为９７．６％，术后恢复快，无并发症。结论：纤维喉镜下声带囊肿摘除术是一种方便、微创、有效、值得推广的方法。
Objective: To investigate the treatment effect of resecting vocal flod cysts by fibrolaryngoscope. Methods: To observe the effect and safety of 252 cases of resecting vocal fold cysts by fibrolaryngoscope under surface analgesia by retrospective analysis. Results: The total effective rate of resecting vocal fold cysts by fibrolaryngoscope is 97.6% , and patients can recover quickly after surgery without any complication. Conclusion: Resection of vocal fold cysts by fibrolaryngoscope is a convenient and effective method which is worthy of population.
