摘要
本文报导的是从猪血中分离提取血红素的一种改进法。本法采用盐酸丙酮法代替传统的R.Filabbe和R.Nishida法的氯化锶冰醋酸提取血红素。本法工艺简单,收率稳定,六批小试,每千毫升抗凝新鲜猪血的血红素产量,最高2.8克,最低2.4克,最大收率差千毫升猪血仅为0.4克。本法的产品血红素含量达72~78%,平均为76%,与氯化锶冰醋酸法的产品含量75~78%大抵相当。但所用试剂价廉,故成本大为降低,仅为氯化锶冰醋酸法的三分之二左右,适用于工业大批量生产。
Ever since 1960S the isolation of hemin employed R. F. Labbe and G. Nishida's strontium chloride hexahydrateglacial acetic acid method. The present procedure described here is a improved one, which is relatively simpler than Labbe and Nishida's method, and without the use of glacial acetic acid so that the production costs comparatively belower. The yields are in the range of 72~78% hemin without further purification, which fit up to medecine production as raw materials.
