摘要
根据黄河干流的实际和研究的需要,将全干流分为上、下两个子系统,并以发电量最大为目标建立模型,采用逐步优化算法(POA)进行计算求解。对比分析“有”“无”上游龙刘水库调节时给下游带来的供水及发电补偿效益,并提出了其初步分配方案,为决策部门提供了有效的数据参考依据。
Based on practical calculation demand, divided the main stream into up and down subsystems, used the maximum generation electricity as the objective to set up the model, adopted the POA method to solve the objective. Whether reservoir regulated in upstream or not, contrasted and analyzed compensation benefit of the reservoir in downstream, especially water supply and generation electricity compensation benefits. Put forward the pilot distribution project, this measure provides an effective data reference for decisionmaking department.
