摘要
采用PCR-RFLP技术,利用限制性内切酶TaqI分析了河南南阳黄牛、吉林延边黄牛、湛江荷斯坦奶牛3个牛品种的促卵泡素受体基因5＇端-387→-384位点的多态频率,并进行了不同牛品种间的差异比较研究.结果表明,所比较的4个不同牛品种在该位点的频率差异极其明显,但4个牛品种均为A等位基因频率高于B等位基因频率.
The writers analysed and compared, by means of PCR - RFLP, the frequency and polymorphism of bovine follicle - stimulating hormone receptor gene among the Nanyang cattle from Henan province, the Yanbian cattle from Jilin province and the Hosltein diary cattle from Zhanjiang area. The results showed that the differences of gene frequencies were significant among the 4 breeds compared, but the frequency of A allele was higher than that of B allele in each breed.
