摘要
应用三种植物生长延缓剂(CCC、B9和PP333)对一串红(Salvia splendens)进行矮化处理,结果表明:CCC、B9浓度加大反而抑制作用减弱,各有一个拐点,CCC施用浓度<3000mg·L-1时,其抑制作用不强;B9则<500mg·L-1时抑制作用更明显;PP333作用强度随浓度及用药次数的增加而加强,以低浓度(40-80mg·L-1)即可达到抑制株高的作用。各种药剂在抑制株高的同时也缩短了花序的长度,使花朵密集。
Three plant growth retardants, chlormequat (CCC), daminozide (B9) and paclobutrazol (PP333), were sprayed upon the leaves of scarlet sage (Salvia splendens ) . The results showed that the effect would reduce with the increasing of CCC and B9 concentration. The suitable concentrations of CCC were under 3000 mg· L-1 , and 500 mg ·L -1 B9 was recommended. The effect of PP333 could enhance as the concentration of PP333 and the frequency of spraying increased. Foliage spraying with low concentration of PP333 (40-80 mg·L-1) was appropriate treatment in controlling the height of scarlet sage. The length of spike was reduced with the retarding of plant growth.
