论述了引文评价的功能与实践 ,认为引文评价在科学文献评价领域中具有客观性、前沿性、权威性、应用性、便利性和防伪性等六个特征 ,并在资金择优资助、科技奖励评审。
The paper states the function and practice of quotation evaluation,thinks that it has objective,advance,authority,application,convenience and pre-falsity features,and has wide using value in capital optimum aid,technology award evaluation,technology talents choice and expertise of the same trade choice.
