摘要
At present,in a situation in which academic corruption breeds,we should pay attention to the function of citation appraisement.This article,on analysis,reveals the value and level of cited theses,points out the asymmetry between the quantity of published theses and that of cited theses,and believes that citation appraisement will be paid more attention to in the future.
