摘要
[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的疗效、主治范围及不良反应。[方法]采用随机对照、多中心临床研究方法 ,与复方丹参片进行对照 ,共观察病人80例 ,其中治疗组60例 ,对照组20例。[结果]复方丹参滴丸治疗组治疗心绞痛疗效总有效率91.67 % ;心电图疗效为51.67 % ;中医症状总有效率88.33 % ;复方丹参片对照组疗效分别为90.00 %、55.00 %、90.00 %。两组间比较 ,无显著性差异。[结论]复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛有明显的疗效 。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect, indication and side effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Multiple centers The clinical method of and random controlled research methodl was chosen. Compound Danshen Tablet was selected as control drug. All 80 patients were divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n=20). In treatment group the total effect was 91.67%, the recovery rate of ECG was 51.67% and of improved rate of symptoms was 88.33%. While in control group they were 90.00%, 55.00% and 90.00% respectively. There was no difference between these two groups. [Conclusion] Compound Danshen Dripping Pill has a good curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with no obvious side effect.
