摘要
目的观察复方丹参滴丸改善微循环与血液流变学作用。方法①SD大鼠分为5组,分别为正常组、模型组、模型+复方丹参滴丸给药组(40,80,120mg/ml)。灌胃给药7天后,再经皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水冷浴制造血瘀证模型,给药第8天后,采用激光多普勒血流监测仪测定各组大鼠耳廓、大脑顶部及肠系膜血流灌注量。②大鼠分组、给药及造模方法同上,于次日清晨腹腔取血,检测血液流变学指标。结果复方丹参滴丸能改善血瘀模型大鼠耳廓、脑部、肠系膜微循环;血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数及变形指数,缩短红细胞电泳时间。结论复方丹参滴丸具有改善微循环和血液流变学的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the micro circulation and hemorheology.Methods ① SD rats were divided into five groups,which were normal group,model group,and model group with variety of concentration Compound Danshen Dripping Pills（40,80,120 mg/ml）.After giving drugs 7 days,blood stasis models were established with subcutaneous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.Rat ears,top of brain and mesentery perfusion were determined by Laser Doppler Flowmetry（LDH）on the 8th day after administration.② The methods of rat grouping,administration and molding were the same as above.After that,abdomen main artery fetch blood in the next morning.mensurate rat＇s hemorheological indexes.Results Compound Danshen Dripping Pills could improve ears,brain and mesentery microcirculation of blood-stasis model rats,and also decrease the blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and deformability of RBCs.Electrophoresis time of red cell shortened obviously.Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills could obviously improve the micro circulation and hemorheology.
