摘要
建立了海水中铅的流动注射 -氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱法。在优化的实验条件下 ,铅的检出限为0 .1733ng/m L,线性范围为 1.0 0— 5 2 .0 0 ng/m L,相关系数 r=0 .9995。
Determination of micro Pb in sea water by flow injection hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry was developed.Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit for Pb is 0.1733 ng/mL,the linear range is 1.00—52.00ng/mL,the regression equation is A=0.018c+ 0.016 and the correlation coefficient is 0.9995.
