摘要
本文研究了Wistar大鼠血浆雌二醇(E_2)在子宫脂质过氧化中的作用。大鼠切除卵巢后,血浆E_2水平降低,子宫组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。给术后一月大鼠皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)后,血浆E_2升高,子宫组织中MDA含量下降。给正常雌性大鼠皮下注射EB,子宫组织MDA含量亦下降。提示给E_2后可出现抗氧化效应。本文认为,妇女绝经后或生育期妇女卵巢切除后的某些衰老表现可能与E_2减少导致脂质过氧化作用增强有关。
Cbanges of estradiol (E_2) effects on uterine lipid peroxidation with aging were studied. The results indicated that plasma E_2 level decreased while, malondialdehyde (MDA) content in uterine homogenates increased in the ovariectomized wistar rats, and plasma E_2 rise and uterine MDA drop in either ovariectomized rats and intact rats after s. c. administration of estradiol benzoate (EB). It is suggested that E_2 may increase the antioxidative function of the body, and the senile manifestations of postmenopausal or ovariectomized women at the child-bearing age are probably related with the increase of Lpo resulting from the decreased of E_2 level.
