摘要
手术破坏八只大鼠皮质,同时注HRP于脊髓颈部,用溃变HRP电镜技术观察了巨细胞网状核(NRG)中皮质投射纤维的突触结构和投向脊髓的HRP标记神经元及二者的相互关系。结果表明:皮质向NRG投射纤维的突触基本为轴—树型、非对称型突触,突触小泡以圆形无颗粒小泡为主,偶见较大的圆形颗粒小泡。部分溃度突触与HRP标记的树突形成突触,据此认为,大脑皮质下行投射系统中,存在着一种间接的皮质脊髓束:皮质—NRG—脊髓通路。
The degenerated end-feet from the cerebral cortex and the HRP labelled neurons projecting to the spinal cord in the nucleus Reticularis gigantocellularis (NRG) of 8 rats were observed electron microscopically after surgical ablation of the anterior part of the cerebral cortex,in the mean time injected horseradish peroxidasse (HPR) into the cervical enlargement of the same animals. It was observed that some of the degenerated end-feet,mainly containing round transparent vesicles,from ceerebral cortes are synaptic to some of the HRP labelled cells projecting to the spinal cord in NRG. The seynapsis,asymmetric,are chiefly the axo-dendrites,and only one axo-somatic synapse was seen. Therefore,the pathway of the cortico-NRG-spinal cord was revealed at an ultrastructural level.
