摘要
本文用海人酸注入中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)和HRP注入脊髓(SpC)相结合的方法在电镜水平对PAG-NRM-SpC通路进行了研究。在大中缝核(NRM)内可见四种突触:(1)溃变轴突终末与HRP逆标胞体形成轴-体突触;(2)溃变轴突终末与非HRP标记的远端树突形成轴-树突触;(3)HRP顺标轴突末梢与非HRP标记的树突和HRP逆标胞体形成轴-树和轴-体突触。我们认为:PAG-NRM-SpC间接通路在NRM中可能有单突触和通过中间神经元两种联系方式。NRM和SpC之间有往返联系。
A combined anteograde degeneration HRP retrograde transport method was used in the present study. HRP was injected into cervical or lumbar enlargement of spinal cord (SpC) and kainic acid was injected into ventrolateral part of periaqueductal gray (PAG) of rat and the observations were made electron microscopically. Four types of synapses could be observed in the nucleus raphe magnus(NRM): (1) degenerated axonal terminals made axo-somatic synapses with HRP retrogradely labelled neurons; (2) degenerated axonal terminals formed axo-dendritic synapses with non HRP labelled den drites; (3) and(4) HRP anterogradely labelled axonal terminals constituted axo-dendritic and axo-somatic synapses with non HRP labelled dendrites and HRP retrogradely labelled neuron. Our results showed that there might be two connecting ways for PAG-NRM-SpC indirect pathway which relayed at NRM, one is that PAG neurons project to NRM and the latter neurons in turn project to SpC as demonstrated in the present study, the other is PAG neurons project to interneurons of NRM and the latter neurons possibly project to NRM neurons which project to SpC. It was also confirmed that SpC neurons projected back to NRM,
