摘要
为验证生脉注射液合黄芪注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效 ,将 88例诊断为CHF患者随机分为治疗组 4 8例和对照组 4 0例进行相关指标检测。结果在总有效率、心电图、心功能、血浆内皮素水平方面治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :生脉注射液合黄芪注射液具有稳定而持久的强心作用 ,而且能阻断血管活性物质血浆内皮素的作用 。
To verify the clinical therapeutic efficiency of SHENGMAI injection combined HUANGQI injection for treating chronic congestive heart failure(CCHF),88 cases were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group (40 cases),and then the related indexes were tested.The results showed that the observation group was superior to the control group in the total efficient rate,electrocardiograph,plasma endothelins.It can be concluded that SHENGMAI injection combined with HUANGQI injection has stable and persistent cardiotonic effects,and also can interrupt the effects of plasma endothelins and then improve the clinical effects.
