摘要
充血性心力衰竭是一种进行性发生发展的过程。该文收集国内外相关文献,对充血性心力衰竭的发病机制以及药物治疗进行了分析总结。充血性心力衰竭主要采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、β-受体阻滞剂、醛固酮抑制剂、利尿剂以及洋地黄等药物进行治疗。
Congestive heart failure（CHF）is a progressive process.This paper describes the pathogenesis and the different pharmacotherapy of congestive heart failure.To collect the relevant literature at home and abroad,to analyze and summarize the pathogenesis and different pharmacotherapies of congestive heart failure.CHF is treated by mainly using the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）,β-blocker,aldosterone inhibitors,diuretics,digitalis,etc.
