摘要
通过目前寒区居住小区开发建设中存在的环境质量问题 ,探索改善寒区居住小区公共空间环境的措施 ,真正做到“以人为本” 。
This paper is to explore the measurements of improving public space's environment by investigating the problems of environmental quality existing now in developing and constructing residential area.The main idea of the paper is to realize the concept-'take the people as a basic'and create the humanizing public space's environment in residential area.
